Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed according to the processing times on the respective product pages.
All shipping charges are calculated as flat rates based on your location and the contents of your order. These rates are subject to change.
Due to COVID-19 some mail carriers may be experiencing delays in processing. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will do our best to contact you via email. After a purchase has been made, it is estimated to take 3-7 business days to prepare all orders for shipment as JCHASSIE/ART is currently enrolled full-time in school while working part-time.
If you have not received your order within a reasonable period of time, in excess of the estimates listed when you check out, please contact our customer service team and we will do everything in our power to make it right.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has shipped.
You will receive your tracking number(s) within the confirmation email.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
If you are shipping to an address within Canada
JCHASSIE/ART will charge tax based from Ontario
There are no customs or duties applied to your order
If you are shipping to an address outside of Canada
JCHASSIE/ART is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
Please contact our customer service team if your product arrived damaged or you believe the product to be defective.
At JCHASSIE/ART we value the customer experience and will do everything we can to make things right.
We urge that if your product arrives damaged you contact us as soon as possible. We also ask that you please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
